Judging from his early life and educational background, Eric Pulier was destined to greater success in life. He was born in New Jersey, United States of America and later proceeded to Harvard University. His intelligence was also proven when he was still in high school when he developed interest in computer programming making him a guru in that field. At Harvard University, his interest surpassed many people when he became a writer for The Harvard Crimson. This was a newspaper publication for the Harvard University. He pushed on till he graduated and was later made the editor of the same publication. Eric Pulier has diversified his skills and undertakes in different fields.

He is a very an accomplished and recognized author, philanthropist, public speaker, technologist and entrepreneur. This have been the basis of his continued success in the career development. As such, he has participated in the formation of many technological companies across the world which have subsequently succeeded. In his book titled Understanding Enterprise, he outlines the importance of coming up with ideas and acquiring the desired expertise to achieve the intended goals. The book talks about encouraging young and upcoming technologist to put their expertise in enterprises that will benefit them in the long run.

In 1991, Eric Pulier established a company called people doing things which became successful over the years. The key principle of the company was to address healthcare and educational problem in a technological way. This evolved to be ineffective way of handling issues as children who were suffering from chronic diseases found a platform to air their views. These achievements have added a credibility to Eric Pulier and has been involved in many humanitarian activities. The new CEO of Coriant: Shaygan Khedapir

Shaygan Khedapir is ultimately one of the most prominent business and technology executives globally. Shaygan portrays the qualities of smart and prolific personalities who have beaten the odds to rise in the ranks of the elite professionals.

The 54-year-old was born in London in 1960 and throughout his life he has believed in the principles of hard work to bring him success. In his early life, he joined Cornell University to pursue a degree in electrical engineering on forbes.com where he later obtained his Masters Degree and Ph.D. Fully equipped with the relevant expertise needed, he has contributed to the building of mission-driven teams to bring about change that matters to both his clients and employees at large.

Mr. Shaygan began his otherwise promising career path at GTE Corporation where he works as network management controller but eventually became the Chief Information Officer of the company. At GTE, he managed to contribute to the development of the first US National Network Management platform. The platform brought together infrastructure transmission and switching. The company was recognized globally for its attempt to provide simple and highly efficient network intervention techniques.

He later joined Verizon to become its first CTO. He was instrumental in helping the company venture into a broader range of telecommunication services. By 2010, Mr. Shaygan had become one of the chief executives of the enterprise. He was slowly beginning to get the admiration of many.

His expertise didn’t go unrecognized, in 2011, he was appointed the Chief Operating Officer of one of the global departments at Barclays Bank, where he contributed immensely to technological inventions, e.g., the famous Pingit mobile payment software. Due to the success of his strategies, he was appointed as the Chief Technology Officer of the bank with a privilege to attending Barclays executive team meetings.

Mr. Shaygan was later appointed as the C.E.O of Jupiter networks in 2014.At Jupiter; he worked with a brilliant team of managers to completely overhaul the company’s way of operation that gave it a new approach to business. For instance, he introduced the launch of the company’s Integrated Operation Plan to reduce costs and increase dividends.

He eventually landed as C.E.O of Coriant in September of 2015 after closely working with the management team since early 2015 as a partner at Marlin Equity Partners. Coriant is one of the top notch technology companies that recently became independent from Nokia Siemens in 2014.The company needed someone with relevant skills to steer it to success. With his proficient knowledge in voice, data, and mobile networks, Mr. Shaygan is the right man to lead the company to compete perfectly with other blue-chip firms in the tech business.

THE RISE OF SHAYGAN KHERADPIR.

When it comes to technology in relation to business, there is no man as qualified as Shaygan Kheradpir in that field. He was born in December 1960 in London, United Kingdom. He grew up in Iran and got his high school diploma in Switzerland before moving to the United States for university studies. He studied at Cornell University where he graduated with a bachelors, masters and doctorate in electrical engineering. After his high-level studies, Shaygan was able to secure a job at GTE Laboratories in Boston. He slogged on network routing, management, and control. He later moved to Verizon where he was appointed CIO and then on to Juniper Networks, a pioneering company in the networking industry in Silicon Valley, where he was the CEO.

While in GTE, Shaygan Kheradpir recruited and built a world class organization that lead to the development of the nation’s first national network management platform the integrated infrastructure, transmission and switching called TONICS (Telephone Operations Network Integrated Control System). These enabled GTE to consolidate its network business into a highly efficient network.

Shaygan then moved to Verizon where he and his team transformed the revenue profile of the business with new and innovative IP and multimedia products for the market. With the combination of the two execution arms of product development and process operationalization, they were able to build and scale to mass market-leading initiatives such as FiOS (fiber optic to the home).

When Shaygan joined Barclays Bank as the Chief Operating Officer, he contributed to the development of customer products like Pingit mobile payments software. He was then promoted to Chief Operations and Technology Officer, which made him the first technology administrator to sit on the executive team at Barclays. At Juniper, he launched an Integrated Operating Plan (IOP) that was aligned with the recommendations of investors to reduce expenses, buy stock and increase dividends.

Throughout his career, Shaygan has built mission-driven teams to deliver the change that matters to customers, employees, investors and the community at large. He has spanned, connected and innovated at the boundaries of traditional disciplines across multiple industry segments worldwide.

From the diversity of roles he has had and the industries he has served, one can correctly assume that Shaygan chose his career path differently.
